Dr. Love Crowell specializes in individual, couples and family therapy and maintains a private practice in Seattle, Washington. She is a current member of the American Psychological Association, Washington State Psychological Association, and the American Association of Christian Counselors.
With over nine years of experience as a therapist, and a graduate of Argosy University-Seattle specializing in clinical psychology, she is currently serving as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Dr. Love Crowell has a diverse range of professional experiences with time spent at Fairfax Psychiatric Hospital, University of Washington Student Counseling Center, Behavioral Medicine Associates, and Ryther Child Center. Among her areas of expertise are abuse and trauma recovery and couples therapy. In addition, she has completed Level I and Level II Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
Dr. Love Crowell has presented to general audiences speaking on the topics of clinical disorders, learning disabilities, parenting, and infidelity.
Dr. Love Crowell is an interactive therapist. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She integrates complimentary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. Dr. Love Crowell has an interest in integrating Christian faith in clinical practice with clients who desire to incorporate spirituality into their therapy and personal growth. Although she integrates spirituality into her work, the beliefs of all clients are treated with respect and sensitivity. Counseling is available regardless of religious beliefs. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they’re striving for.
